CHAMP CAMP

the ultimate professional development experience

The Peer Power Emotional Safety Education Workshop is a one-day professional development event. Held on your campus, this essential training jump-starts your campus culture transformation by developing emotional safety first among staff.

IT'S CHAMP CAMP FOR TEACHERS

UNITE AND IGNITE YOUR CAMPUS

On-site training allows your staff to experience the fun and excitement of Championeers! first-hand. It eliminates uncertainties, answers questions, and brings the program to life. When your teachers fall in love with Championeers! their students will too!

DISARM THE CHANGE RESISTANCE MECHANISM

Every leader knows it's hard to drive the 'bus' when no one wants to get on it. Teachers who experience the Championeers! system through

on-site training not only hop on the bus, they thank you the whole time you're driving!

DEVELOP A CAMPUS CULTURE STRATEGIC PLAN

It takes students and staff, together, to transform campus culture. One cannot succeed without the other. Interactive sessions and breakout activities help teachers understand the vital role they play in Emotional Safety. Once your staff gets it, the kids follow their lead!

Why host a PEER POWER WORKSHOP?

Equip all of your staff with essential Emotional Safety Education training and tools.

Team collaboration and ownership in the creation of a campus culture strategic plan, while also revitalizing staff corporate culture.
