The U.S. averages one school shooting per week!

One in four youth seriously consider suicide, one in six have a suicide plan, and two million attempt it every year. That's more than all the students in the states of WA, OR, ID, and HI combined, every, single year. Suicide and homicide are now the 2nd and 3rd leading causes of death among children as young as 10-years old! Nothing has worked against this overwhelming force—until now!

CAMPUS RESOURCE OFFICERS

$50,000

We have answers to help eradicate the root causes of bullying, teen suicide, school violence, and their associated youth issues. We're providing grants worth up to $50,000 in training and resources, per school, for emotional safety education. In addition, we have coordinated training and resources to implement ESE throughout the entire community.

We're providing this grant information to resource officers and active shooter trainers as an additional tool they can offer schools, for their consideration, for prevention. Emotional Safety is at the root of almost every element of our culture, if we can develop emotionally safe schools, we can help develop a more emotionally safe, self-governed, innovative and high achieving society—all of which are imperative to the future of America.

We have presented this Emotional Safety Overview to various agencies in your community. It can be utilized by one or all. The coordinated approach includes:

  • School

  • Home

  • Business

  • Civic/Police

  • Church

THE GOAL

FOR EVERY CHILD TO BE EMOTIONALLY SAFE AT SCHOOL

Every child has the right to be educated in an emotionally safe environment. Our mission is to help every school achieve emotional safety through Emotional Safety Education (ESE).

There are plenty of programs available, but if they worked we would see improvements not the continued escalation of critical youth issues. There are seven essential elements required for emotional safety. This comprehensive K-Adult ESE System incorporates them all in 5 minutes a day while kids have a blast. Its power is in addressing the root causes behind our nation's toughest youth problems with internal tools instead of bandaging external symptoms.

We've asked Governor Bevin to allow us to prove our program through a beta launch to demonstrate the power of ESE to produce almost immediate results.

As part of our ESE initiative, we're also providing grant information to campus officers and active shooter trainers as a preventative resource for schools to consider.

ELEMENTARY

SCHOOLS

$50,000 GRANT PER SCHOOL

IN TRAINING AND RESOURCES FOR EMOTIONAL SAFETY EDUCATION AND CAMPUS CULTURE DEVELOPMENT

Stop critical youth issues before they start. This is a complete system for schools serious about emotional safety, campus culture development, and leadership training.

HIGH

SCHOOLS

$50,000 GRANT PER SCHOOL

IN TRAINING AND RESOURCES FOR EMOTIONAL SAFETY EDUCATION AND CAMPUS CULTURE DEVELOPMENT

The power behind the ESE System is our prevention, intervention, and emotional triage implementation. We go after the root causes of the issues while simultaneously addressing the symptoms of these issues. The high school ESE system includes an immediate action assembly with a 30-Day Limitless Challenge delivered directly to students through SMS Messaging. This is followed up with The Limitless Life-Map, an online or on-campus class that guides students through a process of discovering their greater "YES." It incorporates all seven of the essential elements required for emotional safety and incorporates peer mentorship based on friendship. We encourage schools to award credits for the completion of the online courses as an incentive to participate.

BUSINESS

SEED GRANTS & CORPORATE CULTURE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Chamber of Commerce and businesses partner to donate Seed Grants for student leadership packs. The ESE System is self-funding once it is implemented, turning your one-time donation into a lifetime gift.

Strategic tools are available for business owners to incorporate ESE, ethics and efficiency training with their employees.

CIVIC & POLICE

A CULTURE OF HEROISM

Three of the Seven Essential Elements required for Emotional Safety are a Culture of Leadership, a Culture of Honor, and a Culture of Heroism. To promote intentional community and town heroism we provide an ESE Grant for civil servants, law enforcers, and first responders to understand critical youth issues and how to help fix them. We also coordinate with representatives of these organizations to present the ESE Grant to their local schools!  Can you imagine an assembly of children receiving a $50,000 giant grant certificate and all their student leadersip packs delivered by their mayor and police officers! Kids go NUTS and guess who gets all the credit? You become an instant hero, instantly honored and gain an instant platform to lead the children in your community. Kids love it, and you will too.

CHURCH

& COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS

Education takes place through many venues; school, home, church, and social organizations. ESE should be integrated into all of them. Churches provide religious instruction as well as first tier support, aid, and comfort, for our community's citizens. To help support this important role, we extend the ESE Grant to churches along with optional resources designed specifically for family education.
